All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or courier issues.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We currently ship to all serviceable locations within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
In rare cases of shipment delay, please allow up to 10 business days before raising a support ticket. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us at support@elgibhor.com within 48 hours.
Elgibhor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier company. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
